Annual Inspection Was Just Completed And Is Good Until March 2026
Incident History: Aircraft purchased after a night landing incident where the previous owner missed the taxiway and struck a taxiway light with the propeller. No other damage reported.
Inspection & Repairs: Performed a prop strike inspection, installed a newly overhauled propeller, and ferried the aircraft home. Engine returned to service in compliance with FAA AD 2004-10-14, which requires inspection of the crankshaft drive gear. (This was not a full engine teardown.)
Paint & Interior: Both in good condition, completed in 2005.
Avionics: Garmin 430W, Avidyne transponder with ADS-B Out, Century autopilot, Garmin GMA 340 audio/switching panel, backup NAV/COM and GPS.
De-ice System: Equipped with a TKS weeping wing and tail assembly, alcohol propeller, and alcohol windshield. (This $30,000 modification was added post-factory.)
Documentation: All logbooks are present, and no corrosion has been found.
Inspection Status: Annual inspection just completed; valid through March 2026.
