Annual Inspection Was Just Completed And Is Good Until March 2026

Purchased because last owner landed at night and missed the taxiway. He hit the prop with the taxiway light. No other damage.

• We performed a prop strike inspection , installed a newly overhaul prop and flew it home. The engine was returned to service with

  respect to FAA AD 2004-10-14, which constitutes inspecting the crank shaft drive gear.

• This is not a complete tear down

• Good paint and interior done in 2005

• Garmin 430 W Avidyne transponder with ADSB out. Century auto plot, Garmin GMA 340 switching panel, backup nav\com and GPS

• The unusual thing about this aircraft is it has a TKS weeping wing and tail assembly. The prop has alcohol as does the windshield.

  This was a $30k mod.

• We have all the log books and have not found any corrosion. The annual inspection was just completed and is good until March 2026
